Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of GHL Dynasty.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using GHL Dynasty, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the service.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security, providing accurate registration information, and all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer accounts unless GHL Dynasty explicitly allows it.
Game Rules and Changes
GHL Dynasty may modify game mechanics, rebalance players, teams, leagues, simulations, or rewards, fix bugs, and reset or adjust data when necessary for security, fairness, or game integrity.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized automation, hack, disrupt, scrape, overload the service, harass others, use offensive or illegal names, or impersonate others.
Fair Play and Anti-Cheating
Competitive integrity matters. Attempts to manipulate matches, rankings, league outcomes, or account systems may result in warning, suspension, account termination, progress reset, or other corrective action.
User Content
Team names, manager names, and other text you provide must not be illegal, abusive, infringing, impersonating, or intentionally misleading. GHL Dynasty may rename or remove content that violates these Terms.
Payments and Refunds
GHL Dynasty does not currently offer paid plans or subscriptions.
Suspension and Termination
GHL Dynasty may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the service, or threaten the security or integrity of the game.
Intellectual Property
GHL Dynasty and its software, game systems, names, designs, and content are owned by their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. GHL Dynasty does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that all game data will remain unchanged.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHL Dynasty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. This section should be confirmed by legal review before public launch.
Changes to Terms
GHL Dynasty may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes may require users to accept updated Terms.
